Pros

Dexter's offer fantastic career progression through an excellent academy program, on the job learning, mentoring and developing and nurturing talent. Starting as a Saturday viewing assistant intially, I have been to develop and learn over the course of 4-5 years. Being recognised for my performance and efforts over this time, I have successfully progressed through the ranks and now run my own office as Sales Director at Dexter's Iselworth.

Long working hours, but hugely rewarding in terms of pay and benefits
