      Pros

      Excellent work environment if you are willing to work hard and not worried about going home dead on 6:30. This is of corset your choice Great pay when actively selling. Great benefits

      Cons

      Initial pay was low but once I stated earning it picked right up. Long hours but that is just how estate agency is.

      Colleagues - get to work with some fantastic people - but this is because we were an acquisition.

      Cons

      Long hours. Zero benefits, large workloads, unprofessional, low pay, no real progression.
