      Pros

      Some lovely colleagues to work with. This company is easy to get into if you are looking for experience.

      Cons

      So many to write...However, the ones that stand out are the following - Racist company High turnover of staff and managers Added administrative workload from the company on top of our daily tasks which is time consuming and pointless. Selective staff are being promoted without the essential experience or qualifications. (it's who you know rather than what you know) Managers do not appear to be qualified in their field as they often pass the buck or depend on staff to help them out. Lack of incentive considering our heavy workload. Low wage compared to most companies. It's frowned upon if you do not attend out of work activities which usually consists in drinking at the nearest local bars.

      A good place to start a career

      Pros

      Good team spirit and excellent colleagues. The directors and heads of departments I dealt with were all good and well versed in managing teams. Excellent learning and professional growth potential if you're young and ready/willing to be Dexterised

      Cons

      Too much micro managing and triple entry of data. The in house coaching system is not set up well enough Expected to manage too much so hours are incredibly long at times for very little if any reward Expect their property managers to push sale of services not always required Pushing property managers to be sales people which detracts from the reason they are in the job in the first place.

      Pros

      can't think of any, even a bottle of champagne for 'significant birthdays' is so cheap you can't buy it in a supermarket

      Cons

      extremely long hours little gratification for your work managers are mostly straight out of school at 16, with very basic education managers speak to staff appallingly
