      If you have the right work environment and are placed in a friendly office then you can succeed.

      Cons

      People can’t work with the stress so they have outbursts in the office, the need employ people who atually work well under pressure.

      OK training but has a very large coaching team so to be expected.

      Cons

      The company mainly focused on making money rather than its Employees. They say you are the boss of your business when in reality dont want you to have an opinion and just follow processes.
