Pros

It's a fast expanding company with opportunities to grow quickly if you're a talented salesperson. You will definitely learn great sales skills if you're looking to develop in the industry and I might even go as far as to say the best sales experience you could wish for. Again money is there and the commission structure is good.

Cons

The company cares little about the staff and care even less about new starters. The benefits are non-existent, there is no support system for the staff or praise for hard work.The culture is a little toxic and not a healthy working environment. I have seen SO many people leave and more so now than ever. The company also actively stay away from technology and are so far behind the competition its unbelievable.

A clear and definite winning mentality, shared by practically everyone, no matter the role.

Cons

Desperation to 'win' too often ended with employees being treated unfairly. Employees carried the burden of the company's ambition, with very little investment of money or support.
