      Use as a starter company and get out

      Pros

      The money is good if you work for it and you will have to work very hard for it. Good for anyone getting into the Estate Agency business as they do provide good training. My advice work for a year and get out.

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance! You will be finished earliest 7pm and it’s usually later then back in the office 8am next day. Then it’s 9-5 every other Saturday. So kiss your free time goodbye! Some other negatives but I mean the hours expected of you should sum up the company in general.

      I am a part of an amazing, welcoming team. I was completely unfamiliar with the type of work I would be doing but settled in very well
