Great culture. Joined Dexters and after just a few days felt like I had worked at the Dexters for years. Everyone is very welcoming and happy to help out. Regardless of there position in Dexters. Training is very good. Having worked two years in estate agency outside of London, I had a very good knowledge of how most things work.. As soon as I joined Dexters they helped me get a understanding of the Prime Central London market and how things are different from the wider UK. As well as developing the skills I already have. Lots of career opportunities and massive on promoting from with in.

Cons

Hours are a bit long. However does allow you to get all your work done in that time.
