      Uncapped Pay, Friendly Colleagues, Different experience everyday, Quick career progression

      Cons

      No Maternity package when you work you get rewarded if you don't you get statutory, Long Hours, Lot's of pressure as it's commission based, hard to switch off and take holiday.

      Thanks for your great feedback! Yes no day is the same which we love as get to face new experiences, challenges and successes daily so constant learning and development. The role itself really does reward success with an uncapped commission structure offering long term career growth and progression. On your other point, We have recently updated our maternity policy, and we strenuously encourage all of our colleagues to plan regular breaks and book and take holidays throughout the year so they can recharge and refresh. Please chat to your manager if you'd like to discuss either point.

      I previously worked here and moved to another agent as I'll be honest the hours we work are longer than most, however, I've returned and I'm glad I have! The earning potential and commission structure is miles better than what I left Dexters for!

      The fact that I ever left and lost earning potential!!
