      Pros

      Great company to work for. They always support you with ongoing training and help in progressing with your career within the company. Managers are very approachable.

      Cons

      I'm very happy with my job, I have no cons to give.

      I feel extremely valued here at Dexters. I was promised fast progression during the interview stages, and a year since I have now achieved a promotion sooner than I had hoped for! Incredibly pleased with my experience so far and long may it continue..

      Cons

      I have yet to suffer a bad experience with Dexters in my short 12 month employment with them.

      Robotic Condescending Arrogant Immoral They will do anything to succeed and have no core values and don’t care about their service level if they get the result they need or value peoples opinion - there way or the high way
