      Pros

      The base pay is decent, and commission is not capped. The managers and directors are kind, hardworking and understanding. The company is quickly growing and so working for Dexters is exciting.

      Cons

      The hours can be quite long, but they are necessary.

      Pros

      They have been great on focusing on employee growth within the company. They have helped me along the way to get to the manager role I now currently sit in. Many peers and colleagues to look round to for advice, both in and outside of the direct office you may work in. As a very successful company in their field, the company continues to grow year-on-year. With this growth, the employees really benefit in terms of the facilities, perks and financially.

      Cons

      The company shouldn't open on bank holidays. Also, the dress code for wearing ties should be dropped.
