Pros

Dexters offer training and development programs alongside my day to day tasks, I passed my probation and was enlisted onto the junior estate agent level 2 program and can work to become qualified in this role. Dexters organise some fantastic social events with the other offices and it is a friendly workplace to move into with competitive performance related pay

Cons

Having never worked in the industry it took some getting used to the hours and Saturday work but now it is second nature I hardly notice.

Hannah was professional and was a good ,supportive colleague

Cons

I didn’t feel comfortable in the workplace. I felt that the staff were very excluding towards me and weren’t very respectful.overall I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone because the way I was treated by higher management was despicable
