Pros

I am honoured that I started my career with Dexters as they offer the best training in the industry, being the only Agent which are Ofsted accredited. The progression is amazing, I would never have imagined being a manager and running an office three years in so I am extremely grateful. Age is just a number and hard work is recognised.

Cons

The hours are longer than your typical 9-5 however, the company will be flexible if needs be. You are also never in the office all day so the days fly by!

Tremendous room for growth within the company. Amazing annual/summer staff events to socialise with other offices with great incentives and rewards. allow for good work/life balance allowing for early finishes when needed

Cons

more advanced technology shorter working hours/ alternate weekends on or off flexible/staggered working patterns/hours for parents/guardians more team building events between offices each quarter outside of work drinks
