      Great team spirit within all teams the teams which makes it an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      The work load can be overwhelming at times but its balanced out with incentives and praise.

      Problem solving with a great team

      Pros

      Great Progression within the company and new opportunities opening up all the time The Maintenance team is a new support team starting 4 years ago we now have an expanding team with multiple managers which were not there previously. Helping develop colleges develop to become managers within the team or moving to property management and having the background from maintenance certainly helps this. Working alongside a great team trying to provide a 5 star service to the best of out ability Great systems to work on such as Fixflo

      Cons

      The fast pace of the role requires someone who is rather thick skinned as we are always dealing with people issues and problems, however with the right attitude and the right person this can be very rewarding as you resolve our tenants issues.

      Pros

      Great support system, and we share a positive atmosphere within the office. We always laugh and make sure we have a great ambiance. Everyone I've met within the company are always friendly and welcoming. We are made aware how we can excel and promote. We have regular meetings to make sure we are progressing at the level we're happy with.

      Cons

      I haven't been here very long and have not experienced any cons. As I have found within previous companies, there has been no support to progress. However with Dexter's, if you wish to progress and succeed, there is constant support to make sure this is achieved.
