Flexible work, opportunity for overtime, excellent for students/people who want a little extra work part-time

Cons

Casual work so shift isn't always guaranteed, no recognition of being in company (e.g, recognition of being there over a year, being invited to company events etc)

Pros

Great working environment, great progression. If you work hard you will see the benefits. Also the company conferences are unbelievable.

Cons

Quite repetitive day-to-day tasks and long hours but most of it becomes second nature.
