- Good work life balance - Exciting tech to work - Work is visible - Good benefits - Good people in your teams
Cons
- Despite visibility review process sucks (it's not transparent) - There is no correct mapping of review and career path and salary raises - Credit stealers around - The things get stuck somewhere in upper to middle level management - For your great contribution and despite having Exceeding ratings you can get around 3% to may be 4% raise. -Promotion process is based on number of years and seniority in the company (not exactly performance)
