Pros
Everyone at Dexcom was vey welcoming, there is fantastic growth and everyone is focused on making sure the company can meet market demand and make the product available to more people who need it. There is a mission driven culture and I have witnessed no politics or BS.
Cons
Expectation are high, there is a relatively small team which is good for making decisions and moving forward but also means you will be visible for better or worse!
