      Passionate, mission driven organization that has made a tremendous impact of the Diabetes community and Med Device market

      Cons

      Poor leadership, exceptionally political that rewards submission and compliance over competence and character. There are pockets that are good though avoid for long-term development.

      Good team but not leadership twam

      The leadership team has been in place for over a decade, creating a very fixed hierarchy and strong resistance to change. Outdated marketing campaigns are repeatedly run despite poor performance. I experienced a manager with no real understanding of people management or marketing. Took me to the room once to discuss other company member from another department which I found quite stressful. Overall, a stagnant environment — I was genuinely glad to leave.
