Pros

Benefits are great, there's so much untapped potential

Cons

You have to seriously kiss butt in order to advance in your career, no matter how great you are at your job. They pay the people who do the bulk of the work a small hourly wage and expect them to go above and beyond. Favoritism to those who are not a minority - especially in HR

Pros

Great Product. They used to throw good parties when Terry Gregg was CEO.

Cons

-Bad ideas/products are forced to work and not abandoned as a bad idea or product -Innovations to correct deficiencies in current products are viewed as admitting guilt and therefore not pursued -Passive-aggressive management and communication -No communication between departments -"Dexcom Speed" is unrealistic and unsustainable -Accountability is non-existent within management -Promotions and pay increases are only available for favorites -Nepotism is real -Facilities Management hates everyone (good luck with having a request addressed) -HR is fake and is only there to protect Management not the employee

Pros

Everyone outside of security leadership is decent to work with. Some experienced leaders in IT. Great people sprinkled within the multiple teams.

Cons

subpar salary and compensation. Bullying and toxicity are rampant and supported by security top leadership, executives, and HR. Security upper management does not have the vision or experience to build a true program. The upper management is horrible to work with and for. They will continue to bleed security staff unless they improve the toxic environment, and increase the salaries for security staff. Management does not really care about the employees, career growth, training, and so on. They will just say yes to anything given to them by executives even if it's the wrong direction. Performance reviews, which affect our raises, are biased and inaccurate. Promotions are likewise not based on the extra work we’ve put in to improve things, extra projects we do, the number of responsibilities we have, reliability, or length of time spent in the position. If you speak up, you will be retaliated against and targeted with microaggressive behavior, more responsibility, more metrics, and reporting. There's no real work-life balance. I'm surprised they haven't caused people to start a support group for all the abuse happening in plain sight. I will not even include this place on my resume.
