Cons
Culture. It's a rat race & very political. "Yeah well, welcome to Dexcom ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ " is something told to me in week 3. Some Mgrs even practice high-challenge tactics peppered with intimidation, fear and open hostility. Executive level leadership is almost completely abscent from the day-to-day. You only hear from them, or more often about them if something goes wrong, so it's never good. This leads to name-dropping; "I talked to someone so and they're not happy about such n' such..", constant investigations & root cause analysis. You could find yourself in a defensive posture more than you'd like.
