      Pros

      - The work we do helps real people manage their medical condition. - The people I work with are really bright, dedicated, and passionate about what we do. Many have personal reasons for wanting to work in Diabetes-related care (i.e., family members with diabetes). - Great new office downtown, lots of bike-parking, and so on. - Competitive compensation.

      Cons

      - Not the best support for working remotely, & limited tolerance of it. - Benefits aren't quite the best. They're good, probably industry standard, but not the best I've enjoyed.

      Parking space is less, they are working on it to improve.

      Employees are overall motivated and empowered. The product makes an incredible, positive impact on it's users.

      Cons

      Experiences vary depending on department and direct boss. Company is now entering into a much more competitive marketplace and general stress levels are pretty high.
