      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Highly driven employees working to produce life changing medical products. Work is fast paced and constantly striving to produce the best glucose products for diabetics. At the end of the day we are making a difference to millions of people with this horrible disease.

      Cons

      Dealing with the FDA and other regulatory organizations can be very time consuming. As an engineer in the medical field it takes quite a bit more time for validation and verification. Documentation is quite daunting due to the regulatory agencies.

      Pros

      Fantastic, life saving product. The work you do has a huge impact on people's lives. People are motivated, friendly and talented. Benefits are great for full time employees. Rapid growth give lots of opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, if your not ready for it, it can be a negative.

      Great Product. They used to throw good parties when Terry Gregg was CEO.

      Cons

      -Bad ideas/products are forced to work and not abandoned as a bad idea or product -Innovations to correct deficiencies in current products are viewed as admitting guilt and therefore not pursued -Passive-aggressive management and communication -No communication between departments -"Dexcom Speed" is unrealistic and unsustainable -Accountability is non-existent within management -Promotions and pay increases are only available for favorites -Nepotism is real -Facilities Management hates everyone (good luck with having a request addressed) -HR is fake and is only there to protect Management not the employee
