      Very fast paced, busy environment, good skilled colleagues, rewarding job.

      Cons

      As expected when moving pretty fast things are not always as complete as you would like them to be. Work life balance is difficult. Prepare to be committed to the task!

      They have good A/C and fast internet.

      Cons

      Degrading treatment of employees. They dangle your job. There is no advancement for hard workers and for the sales they expect you should be making way more then what they pay. It is not worth it.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback on Dexcom. While I do request that our employees post reviews on Glassdoor, I have never requested positive feedback on Dexcom. I am sorry you don't see the opening of our Arizona operations as an opportunity for career growth. We certainly believe that helping to start up a new parallel Inside Sales organization certainly creates opportunities for advancement. I hope that you can make it through your current frustrations to participate in the incredible opportunity for our company to make a difference in the lives of patients with diabetes.
