      Pros

      Fast growing, open to input from employees, good work life balance, working on something that matters to people with diabetes and makes a difference in their lives, excellent comp/benefits. Being super responsible about COVID.

      Cons

      None so far. It is experiencing the effects of rapid growth, so if that puts you off, you should be aware it's a reality of a successful business.

      Pros

      Fulfillment comes when we are confidently earning the support of HCPs whose job is easier because of Dexcom CGM technology. I get "thank you's" every day for the work I do - unheard of in a medical sales career.

      Share of voice is still tipped away (which makes winning even sweeter)
