      Pros

      Fast-paced and exciting environment that really affords you the opportunity to take impactful action .

      Cons

      Not a great work life balance and leadership does not do a good job at setting targets, making plans, or sticking to them. The executives were around when it was a startup and they are struggling to adapt how they run it to the current needs.

      Pros

      This company was bittersweet to work for. Although the manufacturing work was repetitive and you adjust fairly quickly, there was plenty of stations to rotate to, so the day was always busy and not once are you bored.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Favoritism is present.
