      Pros

      Dexcom's mission is making a positive impact in people's lives and this definitely permeates throughout the company's culture. Leadership is responsive and in touch with employees, and do everything they can to ensure employees have the tools needed to do the job.

      Cons

      Schedules are (randomly) assigned after training, so they're not ideal for some people.

      Pros

      Management cares about employees. Benefits are great and all my co-workers are the best! I've been here about 3.5 years. I'm 57 years old and I plan to retire from this wonderful company.
