      Amazing Leaders, People Centered Culture, Balanced between performance and Competency Based Scorecard, Work-Life Balance, Sufficient Training and Development Offerings, Competitive Compensation and Benefits.

      Too generous? :) sometimes too lenient, maybe because of the compassionate culture in the organization. Apart from that, nothing else comes to mind. It really is everything I hoped for my Life long employer.
