Pros

The pay was great and so were the benefits. Overall Dexcom is a great place to work at. They offer a lot to their employees and there are many events and activities.

Cons

These cons are specifically for the QA training department. Leadership is terrible. No one communicates with each other and hardly any of the supervisors understand what their employees do. When a problem arises it gets blow up into a crisis and everyone else is expects to solve it expect for leadership.

Good but low pay

Pros

-You really do feel like you're making a difference -No micro managing. The managers aren't really on you that much and it's nice to have the freedom to do what I want and focus on what I want to during my day -break room had cheap snacks and sodas

Cons

Pay. For the work that you do the pay is not enough and a lot of companies offer a lot more. That's my only real gripe. For the work I was doing the pay was not enough at all. When it comes to raises they might offer at most a 2-3% raise annually. Which is about the same rate as inflation so you continue to make the same money no matter how long you work there.

Pros

Successful product that strongly impacts patients and their families, allowing them to more effectively manage their health and life. At the time I worked there, it was a growing company that continuously outgrew it's facilities, infrastructure, and systems. At times the work demand was high, but management took whatever steps necessary to fulfill your requests to help you keep comfortable, focused, and productive. Pleasant work atmosphere, best ergonomic management I had ever seen in a business. If you wanted to work in another area or different role, the management would always try their best to accommodate. Flexible hours were a big plus. Medical and dental benefits were very good.

Cons

1. Limited opportunity for advancement. 2. Management often manages from a distance and rely on an unusual amount of both headcount and layers of inexperienced younger managers with no prior experience or training.
