      Pros

      Young atmosphere, lots to do and learn, fast paced and a good cause. Great benefits (Provided lunch time workouts, good coverage for medical, dental and vision).

      Cons

      Lower salaries than the competitive market but the positive and engaging atmosphere keeps you from leaving. Loss of efficiency as the company grows up and maintains some poor leadership. No 401K matching.

      Pros

      *Just* starting adding more benefits, but still lacking the basics like a 401k Company Match. Do appreciate the newly added Pet Insurance and AFLAC to the benefits.

      Cons

      Stock is no longer given to all staff so your neighbor who does the same job as you has stock and you don't. They pay heavily on a Salary basis. The is literally no parking, they give you a map of the surrounding area and have you trek it - no shuttle. The employees do not smile as they pass you in the hallways, seems there is a lack of unity outside your immediate group. Salaried employees are over-worked. No Microwave ovens are allowed so your bring it from home lunch must be microwaved (yuck!). There is no on-site cafeteria, but a food truck and a vending area.

      Pros

      Solid company, continuing to grow so there are always employment opportunities. Company has a lot of good, caring people here so its a friendly, relaxed environment.

      Cons

      work/life balance can tip more toward work Senior leadership lacks strength to manage out poor managers
