Too many games leads to a stressful environment.
Pros
Decent pay, benefits, and schedule.
Cons
Huge problem with favoritism, nepotism, bullying, and manipulation. Was bullied by 2 of my supervisors. Was intimidated by a supervisor out of filing a report for an extreme and traumatic incident of harassment. Later it was admitted that this was because it might affect the person’s chances of getting promotions. Performance reviews, which affect our raises, are biased and inaccurate. Promotions are likewise not based on the extra work we’ve put in to improve things, extra projects we do, the amount of responsibilities we have, reliability, or length of time spent in position. Mostly just whoever’s friends with the supervisors. So people who can get away with major slacking and creating a hostile work environment. Was intimidated into working while clocked out most days for at least a year. Have experienced attempted sabotage and attempted framing. Was also asked to help sabotage others. Was told to work a 20 hour shift with not even a thank you. But others get recognition points for just a couple hours overtime even though they’re not supposed to give points for overtime, they label it as something else. I’m not sure I even got paid correctly for this shift because I had to clock out for an hour during the shift changeover time so it was counted as 2 different shifts. Constant lies. I used to be a hard worker and did a lot for the company, but my work is always lied about, I was frequently put down, and had some of my work credited to other people. The only reason I’m still here is because there’s not many options for me out there. Otherwise I wouldn’t put up with the abuse. I may still be here physically, but to do so I’ve had to mentally and emotionally disconnect myself from work. Since my yearly reviews and treatment don’t match my work, then my work now matches my reviews and at least some of what's said about me. I haven’t left yet, but you still lost a good employee. So congratulations, you got what you wanted this whole time. A mediocre employee who has given up and stopped caring. It’s actually a relief for me compared to the way I used to be my whole life, and is a positive change imo. So thank you. Much more craziness to be revealed at a different time and place.
