      All the comments about no development or career path are incorrect. Your career journey is just that...yours! There is good support for those that go get...not the complainers.

      Cons

      Salaries need to be looked at since equity has gone down over time.

      Pros

      The product is life saving and you really feel like you are making a difference in the lives of patients. The field team is awesome and will give you so much support, buy team lunches, send thank you's. It's a fairly laid back office where you can be on your phone and take breaks when you want.

      Cons

      Inside sales management is absolutely horrific, supervisors are incompentent and complacent. They will not help their teams or help guide change when needed. Many of these supervisors need to be fired or moved to a different position. A big red flag with the company is that that are outsourcing jobs to Mexico and India to save money, but whilst doing this, they are losing a strong customer base- who wants to talk about their child's diabetes with a rep in India? Also the goals have sky rocketed and are unachievable. Sales operations did this to save money and have also made commission pay out based off of curve which is why so many people have left.

      Even though my time off was approved and was told I could go to appointments I was still let go.
