Everyone who comes to Dexcom is expected to be fluent in empathy and to have a passion for helping others. You can feel that while working with other colleagues. The atmosphere at the office is quite good and it is really easy to get along with your colleagues.

Cons

There could be more interdepartmental cooperation and coordination, so common issues are resolved faster.

Dexcom is a great place to work for many reasions: -> great product that is actually making a huge impact on the custeromer's health and quality of life -> the work climate is collaborative, work colleagues are all very nice and positive and highly professional -> the seniour leadership team communicates clearly and regularly with the complete staff so we all know where the journey is going
