Management are all over the place, dont really know what they are doing, they show favoritism and never think things through before they act or make a decision. I have been here for over 2 years and you will never see the same faces after a couple of months because the turnover is so high.

You will get hired to do technical work, but it will be QA paperwork all the way. They micromanage the paperwork and you will get daily kickbacks to fix it. Some people who have moved up act as if they are too good for you. They refuse to take customer complaints when they demand it and act as if it's your fault for not managing it. They will whisper behind your back and you can hear them do it. They will bring you in as temps and evaluate you. Then they will decide your shift by how much you kiss them. They will never tell you if you meet the expectations. You will just work there one day and bye the next. One of the worst companies I ever worked for. You feel like a sardine in a can.
