      Pros

      One of the best thing about Dexcom - company values every employee, his/hers opinion, his/hers beliefs and values. You can loudly express your opinion and it will be heard. Company invests a lot into the people - into their trainings - not only related to work, but also to their physical and emotional well-being. and to work atmosphere. In the company works a lot of people from different part of world - I am fascinated how company deals with all the differences. And how all employees feel the loyalty to the company. I am not even talking about the benefits that company provides. I am just happy being part of Dexcom and its mission!

      At the moment I do not see any minuses working at Dexcom.

      Dexcom welcome new hires well and believes that everyone can make it. we have a lot of experimented supervisors that are here to answer all our questions, and they have a lot of patients. Dexcom provides all the training we need

      It is a big company with a lot of services and facilities. It is hard to know when you first arrived what will be useful for you it is a lot to learn and to understand when you first arrives Work from home possible

      The culture here even via zoom has been one of the best that I have experienced so far. Blessed to have great leaders, coworkers and friends!

      Very structured breaks at times If adaptability is not your cup of tea, look elsewhere.
