      Good money sometimes, good PTO

      Cons

      Extremely chaotic and unpredictable. Definitely not for someone who seeks an established company and a stable work environment. Seriously detrimental to your mental health at times and I have seen upper management praise an employee for crying at her desk instead of going home.

      Laid back environment No accountability for dropping the ball whatsoever

      Cons

      Lack of accountability from upper management Deception from upper management We have goals based on shipping but we don’t have supplies (or visibility) Half our sales team was laid off for outsourcing, once they started failing, they piled all of Manila’s workload on us. Management focuses on metrics but not lack of product. They promote based on who they like versus who is a more qualified candidate. (Hence, why we are failing) No development for sales. New hire temps make more money than your permanent-tenured sales associates

      I personally like the working environment here at Dexcom. The people are also friendly, approachable, and patient-centered. Overall, I am more than happy that I am part of this growing company.

      Work life balance is hard to attain while the company is growing.
