Pros

I feel valued and appreciated for my work. There is constant variety of work and many different paths to get involved and make a positive difference. The company has been growing 50% yearly, annual bonuses are generous, we even just got an unexpected "thank you" bonus for December.

Cons

The pace is fast and there is always more work left at the end of your day.

Pros

The following apply to the my department. Easy interviews, I was told some people don't even need an interview to get hired. No qualifications at all, but there are people with MS working in the same department. Flexible hours Little to no supervisions (too much freedom? Some people take advantage of that and take 30-45 mins breaks multiple times a day) Free coffee and tea In house coffee shops and gym Free snack/lunch once a week Free to do any amount of overtime as you wish, no approval needed Good paid for fresh grad/no college degree/first job (especially with unlimited OT allowed)

Cons

Basically everything else Not enough parking If you want to learn, this is not the place to look for Little training and is not up to par. Employee has little knowledge about the product and the process. You are trained to do one thing. Most employees have no previous experience so work is done very unprofessionally. They have little knowledge of GDP and industry practices. Work is boring and repetitive. Doesn't require any creative thinking. Copy and paste most of the time. You are treated like a robot. A middle schooler can perform the job, which is exactly why the jobs are outsourced overseas Workplace is more like a playground. People laughing and playing around more than working. Can be disrupting at times if you want to get work done. Some employees are very rude HR does nothing about workplace harassment Little to no career growth/promotion unless you are friends with management, even after years of employment. Unrealistic career path according to the career framework. Even if you have experience, you cannot "skip level". Can only go up one step at a time. But this does not apply to external candidates. Management and HR never fulfill any promises. Be ready to be betrayed any time. There is no such thing as loyalty in this place. Extremely poor management and communications. Hiring a bunch of people only to lay them off and then rehire another group of people only after a few months. Layoffs even with record breaking revenue every quarter and stocks at all time high Profit first, patients second, employee last

Pros

Compensations & Benefits are very competitive. Company shares its success with its employees. Overall employee wellness initiatives. For some departments, work from home once a week is a plus. With growth comes endless opportunities. Promotes from within. Employee-input is valued highly. HR actually cares about their employee groups.

Cons

Geared towards rapid growth which may be daunting to some employees. Change is constant, but typical with a company growing so quickly. A lot of entry-level positions start off as temporary.
