      Erratic and floundering leadership, There is now plan further ahead then 1 week. The Hr department has punished he accusers in sexual harassment issues. Leadership is a boys club.

      Dexcom is good place to learn new Technologies and your are motivated with it´s noble mission.

      Cons

      - Compensation and benefits below the average. - The more money Dexcom makes, the less they pay employees. - Direct managers have to much power on your compensation. - There is a lot of favoritism. - No matter how hard you work and how much results you deliver, if you are not part of your Manager's favorites list your compensation is not going to grow.
