      Pros

      The Company has grown so much so fast there are ample needs and if you can see them so much impact you can have. For a large company an individual can do a lot to improve the org. Great product - saves lives everyday and you see it with the warriors. Everyone wants to improve everything we do.

      Cons

      It is going fast. You won’t have a slow and steady role with a well defined manual. So those that struggle to adapt may find it challenging or chaotic in their view. Some see that as a pro, some as a con.

      Intense - easy to burn out if you don't have good boundaries. Happiness also really depends on your manager

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities. Intense means you learn a lot quickly. My mgr was encouraging, supportive, and made sure i had balance. You can see the results and impact of your work (depending on dept), and if you like problem solving there is lots of that here. I feel the compensation is fair and I love their benefits. Lots of very smart, capable people here all trying to reach a common goal.

      Cons

      Executive mgmt is out of touch with reality, so deadlines and expectations are unrealistic. This causes people to burn out, get disillusioned, or cut corners, and timelines are constantly pushed out. There's pretty high turnover as the company tries to grow and mature. Still lots of silo-ing, and poor overall accountability. About half the managers are awful to work for, while the other half are great.
