      Pros

      They hired immediately. They convert lots of workers to permanent.

      Cons

      No rotation and stuck doing same position all day, difficult to escalate things to management. Very sore after working.

      Very fast paced changing environment. Can be told by management to do things one sec and another way the next week, so must be very good at adapting to change.
