      Opportunity to create new ways to do things with limited/ no red tape blocking innovation and new ways of doing things. Friendly people across the world who are willing to help and love to connect and share knowledge and effort. Senior leadership are very approachable with little hierarchy. Lots of opportunities to get involved in exciting projects - with an all hands on deck approach and broad role content. Growing business with a dynamic workforce who are passionate about what they do. The business regularly contributes to charitable causes - six figure sums twice since in six months.

      Cons

      As with any fast paced growing environment there is lots to do and a tendency to work longer hours which seems to be the norm.
