Over time, the decline in morale, and sweeping changes by management (mandatory OT, removal of knowledge base, etc.) ultimately led to the decision to outsource the majority of technical support and customer service overseas.

It always feels like a ship on a choppy ocean with no captain. Too many calls and problems, not enough solutions. Lot of backstabbing and office politics.
