Competitive pay, if you're lazy you can sleep while on the clock and get away with it, nobody gives a sh#t

Cons

You need to have a relative (brother, father, sister) or friend as Supervisor to get promoted or be willing to sleep with one to get a promotion. Be aware of Your performance will not give you a promotion.
