      Working at Dexcom makes me feel that I am able to help others every single day. With our "patients" at the center and heart of everything that we do - we are always reminded that working can be very meaningful and fulfilling. Dexcom is a place where technology, innovation, compassionate care, growth and development, and having a mission-driven culture can be found.

      Cons

      Dexcom is a growing organization and is "learning" on the fly. Sometimes, things can be confusing but since people are very collaborative and supportive, this gets ironed out along the way.

      - This company is always looking for ways to improve every aspect of the company... from pt/provider and employee experience, to product enhancements, process improvements, expansion efforts - This company went the extra mile to keep their people safe and employed during a pandemic, while also keeping pts and helping new pts on this lifesaving technology. - The leadership is really listening. I feel valued here.
