Pros
This is my personal experience.. Not to be that person but unless you're a male who also has a connection previously to being hired to upper management do not expect to move up. Women and lower staff are antagonized, bullied by leadership, made to be intimidated. Leaders are able to write up employees without probable cause or valid reason, there's a technician who sexually assaulted a temporary employee who's still allowed in the area of their victim with supervisor and hr knowledge. The list goes on if you file a report to HR know it will not get handled in a timely manner and that your mental health is of no concern to Dexcom. Cleanliness is overlooked, standards are manipulated to one's own choice on gaining upper hand with quality. It's not a place im proud to work at. They pay is one of the better jobs though which is why most of us stick around and deal with the bs.. well that and false promises on promoting which again HR doesn't care yo hear about. It's definitely a boys club buisness if you could call it that. Females are talked down on and only praised typically based on appearance which also reflects their value according to internal promoting. It's not what I thought it was is all I can say. I have had leadership joke about firing me along with other team members and that is embarrassing to know that's who I am supposed to report to as my leadership. Disgusting to say the least. There's hardly any way for internal employees to progress only outsiders promote themselves typically and then it's hard to move up. I was told I didn't qualify for a position based on my 5+ years of experience yet someone off the street got hired on for a higher position than I was asking for and only had 3 years of experience and no internal knowledge... it's honestly a joke!
