Pros
Exposure to global systems. Salary was never delayed. Nothing more, nothing less
Cons
Low morale due to poor communications between departments, lack of clarity in decision-making, and limited flexibility. Extremely disorganized; unclear processes make even simple tasks unnecessarily stressful. Everyday feels chaotic due to unclear processes, a simple task becomes unnecessarily stressful. Not an environment that is friendly or supportive. Management isn't understanding about taking time off as they see emergencies and sickness should be planned. Leave policies are rigid. I gave proper notice in advance that I was sick, but due to bureaucratic inefficiencies—and the need for dual approval—my leave was denied, resulting in a pay cut. No open-door policy, management is always right. Throughout my career, this is honestly the worst employer I’ve encountered. Management doesn’t see people as human beings, but merely as numbers or headcount. They only care about reducing company costs over employee well-being.
