      At the higher levels it is still a very political environment. To be promoted you really do have to have close friends at the top.

      you can learn a lot, the product is awesome, good benefits

      In general, it's a company that grow and keeps growing superfast, this causes that a lot of their process issues and problems were not fix and they just add band aids in order to keep going but they continue to carry out with the problems. Personally, I felt that I was a victim of racism form a person that fortunately is not with the company anymore.

      Pros

      There's always work to do and they even boosted our pay during the start of covid and boosted it again to help their employees even more. Great company. good number of ways to move through the company. rotating schedule, so you're only working 3 day weeks and 4 day week unless you volunteer overtime.

      Cons

      12 hours shifts are long. It's hard to keep up.
