Pros
CGM business outlook is great. If you like to work in a place so you learn what not to do, Dexcom is a great school for that! Many good engineers who are all suffering and leaving at unseen rates!
Cons
Incompetent leadership. When a company has 150 live projects, that tells you that they do not know what to do, so they will do everything! Financial forecast does not look promising with many projects getting delayed and not delivering the value that was originally anticipated. No growth and training plan for employees. They talk a lot about it but do nothing about it. In my past 2years here, I have not had a single decent training to help me grow. HR is indifferent about reports, feedback and survey of poor leadership. We rarely see them to back the employees.
