      Compensation is comparable, set work schedules with optional overtime, Guaranteed days off, and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Employees have the Clique mentality, creating quite a bit of drama, no uniformity across the shifts, micromanaging over small things, and favoritism making it very hard to advance into higher level positions.

      Great work culture and support system at the company. Good high level and general office benefits. Management supports you taking action of your career and growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes we are too distracted and try too many things. There is a lot of potential of where we can go and take our products, but we dont always have the right resources to take all these ambitions on. It's a balance of being ambitious and innovative!
