Pros

Great medical benefits for you and your family and even your dogs and cats.

Cons

Dexcom San Diego has turned to Research and Development and no longer provides medical sensors for production out of San Diego forcing Dexcom to layoff more then 800 full time employees who were dedicated to Dexcom.

Pros

The company offers a strong benefits package and fosters a very positive and supportive culture, making it a great place to work. Its focus on the healthcare sector adds meaning to daily work (yes, even in finance), with engaging products and a mission that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. There are real career growth opportunities not only in Lithuania but also across Europe and even in the US, allowing for long-term professional development. The company values work-life balance, and management genuinely cares about employees, creating an environment where people feel respected, supported, and motivated to thrive.

Cons

it is still structured as a shared service center, which means it remains highly dependent on decisions made at headquarters. This setup can make it difficult to influence strategic direction locally, and there is limited room for improvisation or initiating broader changes from within the service center itself. However, it is worth noting that management appears to recognize these limitations and is actively working to create more space for local input and ownership.
