      Good pay, good time off, all employees get 3 weeks vacation. 3-4 day work week

      Cons

      12 hour days. Poor training for supervisors. Held accountable for things you may have never received training on.

      Pros

      - Good people, despite the bad politics. People are generally smart and well meaning - Relaxed work environment depending on team. Most teams have pretty good WLB and don't require 50+ hour weeks unless you are trying to get in front of leadership

      Cons

      - Low pay compared to comps across US unless you're senior ++ but such is life in the SD job market - Not tech forward -- lots of inefficient processes and frustrating tech stacks that do not scale - Very political environment -- senior leadership cuts corners to appease shareholders and this creates a culture where people cannot actually stand behind their work so they resort to playing politics to keep their job - Limited opportunities for advancement. Growth has been slow the past couple of years, budgets tighter, and overall way less room for advancement. This is a company for someone mid career or later, not early career

      Toxic work environment, horrible people managers, constant stress, impossible deadlines and work pace. Insane hours due to a global team.
