      Pros

      Lots of great people and fun events. Prior to the pandemic, lots of in person events and swag.

      Cons

      At times, felt like expectations were unrealistic, without additional resources.

      Pros

      Good products, great mission to improve people’s health. Fast growing company. Huge potential to grow. Good pay in San Diego area. Benefit is not bad. Flexible work locations. No forced back to work yet. Encourage people from remote to join Dexcom.

      Cons

      Still need to establish structures in many areas to balance fast growth and high efficiency. Too many new people who are trying to figure out how things work inside Dexcom. Little assistance from management on prioritizing the excessive work load. Health benefits can get improved.

      An Innovative Organisation with rapid growth, who gives you the opportunity to create new ways of working. Working with a great team, who are motivated and passionate and always available to help. The product is amazing and life changing for those we help.

      Not experienced any cons so far, however with the rapid growth and pace, this may not suit everyone
